Söhne in use. A yet unreleased grotesk from Klim. A preview in 8 weights is shown on the website of The Design Conference. Pre-release uses include posters by Grafik and the TDC website. The sample shows the dreiviertelfett. Possibly a spin-off of Story Sans, a custom font family designed before 2017 for Trade Me.

Founder of design agency &Larry, Singapore-based Larry Peh is the designer of Watches By SJX and also an enormous fan of A. Lange & Söhne. A key intersection of watch design and Larry’s profession is typography, or the style and arrangement of the text on watches, front and back.

Karl Brendler&Söhne [Karl Brendler] Typefoundry in Vienna, active in the last part of the 19th century. Examples of their typefaces: Desdemona (art nouveau), Elefanta (art nouveau), Fette Venezia (flared display face), Venezia.

‘Regular’ has been designed to work exceptionally well in print and screen; for example, at large point sizes the typeface’s quirks and personality are clear, while at smaller point sizes the font is supremely legible and crisp. ‘Regular’ is both easy to read, and distinctive. The font has a carefully crafted weight range with corresponding italic styles.
